In “rc.exe update” process, if the database does not exist, there is no error - the process returns “success”.

In general, the update command does not seem to work .
The command i use: -> rc.exe update -u “C:\….MyFile.dat” “C:\…MyFile.rdt”
The result is Success but the database is not updated.
