Incorrect Lenght

Hi. When the program create a dummy rom in 7z format file only, the dimension expected is wrong.

Examples: - a rom with 4096 expected dimension byte, will be created of 4079 byte. - a rom with 260 expected dimension byte, will be created of 243 byte.

In both case 17 byte are lost.

To the MAME don't like and the ROM check is fail.
