Sort Error - "No free space found..."

App crashes when using mame.exe to create a DAT file at the 66.5mb mark consistently (3x/attempt1). Restarting PC after installation/clearing TEMP folder & restarting PC/app did not resolve issue. App Details: 4.1.1 (Portable and Installer versions) OS Details: WIN7 x64
