Default filters

When creating or opening a new database, i personally like to see what's wrong with the rom paths i will add. After all, this is the main use of RC. It would be nice if in File/Options dialog there was a section in which the user could define a set of default filters for database and another for rom paths.

For instance, if there was such a thing, one could define as default rom paths filters to have Green disabled and all others enabled. Having that, when a new datafile is loaded, all rom paths would have Green disabled and all others enabled as a default setting. The same would also stand for database filters.
