Check RC databases in folder and subfolders

When a new RC version is released (even a minor one), there's a good chance it contains DB changes. It would be nice if there was an item in the menu, with which the user would be prompted to select a folder and then RC would open each DB in that folder and its subfolders, convert it to the latest version and save it (without asking the user anything). That would be a major help if you have i.e. 50 DBs in a folder with subfolders) and it would also make sure that if a user regularly upgrades RC, all his databases will always be in the latest version.
