Windows windowed mode: window cannot be moved

Tested in Windows 7 64, just in case this cannot be replicated with an older Windows version.

Play in windowed mode. Alt-tab to get the mouse cursor out of the game's window. Click on the window's title bar to drag it somewhere. The cursor's coordinates seem to be instantly hijacked by the game and given coordinates that place it at the bottom of the screen, along with the window's titlebar (meaning the actual content of the window gets hidden below the screen).

Tested with both latest official release and development build ecwolf-140210-1529.

Press F12 to release the cursor (until you press F12 again) or pause.

Well, that works, but it's more a workaround than a fix, I'd say. :p
