Quickload trying to load saved games from other IWADs

I was playing Spear of Destiny, and when I hit F9 it asked me if I wanted to load a saved game that I made in Super 3D Noah's Ark. Clearly, this isn't correct. I don't even see it in the load/save menu, so that part is likely working 100% correctly. It's just the quickload function that isn't.
