Fullscreen shortcut and options

It would be nice if there were two resolution settings: one for windowed mode and one for fullscreen mode. In fullscreen, I'd like to use my desktop resolution, but in windowed I'd rather use a smaller one so that the window is only a smaller portion of the screen.

It's also a pain to navigate to the video options every time I want to switch. Alt+enter is a widely used standard shortcut to toggle fullscreen in games, so I suggest using that if such a feature is implemented.
