Could you implement the ability to use the aforementioned file types for music? It seems only .IMF works at this point.

I'm sure .MIDI support is being worked on. Don't know about other formats tho.

I think ogg support was present since wolf4sdl. At least Macenstein Third Encounter based on Wolf4sdl supports it.

Ports based on Wolf4SDL can add anything. Stock Wolf4SDL does not have Vorbis playback.

MIDI and OGG (Vorbis, FLAC, and Opus) music will be added at some point. MP3 will not be added since there's next to no point. (And what little point there is is not worth carrying around an extra library for.)
