[SOD] Glitchy save/load menu

Hi! Save & load menus don't look properly in SoD (+ addons).

Is this just happening over time from creating a large number of save files or does the menu glitch up now if you start a new instance of ECWolf? If it's reproducible by just starting ECWolf, can you please zip up your save files and upload them?

You should be able to see it by just starting ECWolf. The spear must be at the bottom of the menu.

Fixed in changeset 1c2059d.

As a side note, I can't believe I wrote menu code this awful (still easier to maintain than vanilla menu code, but wow). Hopefully this change doesn't cause any regressions.
