Built-in demos don't play

Issue #174 wontfix

Personally I didn't give this much thought, but it would be the first step toward full demo support, which is a big deal to some people. (Wasn't there an experimental Wolf4SDL build that implemented it?)

While I understand all the good reasons to want vanilla demo compatibility. The philosophy of this port is the same as ZDoom and thus will not have that feature. I will be adding support for demos along with multiplayer at some point, but they will break between versions. They're useful to me as a benchmarking or bug reproduction tool.

Besides, full demo compatibility would either mean crippling the engine (basically no multiplayer) or the engine would have to run into a separate mode for demo playback. Which IMO would be stupid since the main point to demo compatibility is to prove that the engine behaves like vanilla.

That said, I do wish to know where the engine noticeably differs from vanilla. I do want to stick close enough that 99.9% of users won't know the difference, but I reserve the right to make changes that I deem improve the quality of the engine.
