Actors that are "dropped" by RandomSpawner actors should retain status as patrolling or deaf actors

I'm sure this constitutes an enhancement rather than a bug, and I thought it would be useful to those with "shuffle" mods such as myself. When actors that inherit from RandomSpawner spawn other actors and the enemy that was replaced by the spawner was patrolling or deaf, the spawned actors do not inherit these qualities.
