Windowed mode 'eats' the mouse and keeps the mouse

When using windowed mode, it seems that the mouse focus will not release AT ALL when you alt-tab. Also, while outside the focus of the window, it seems to still track and 're-grab' the mouse. Also after alt-tabbing the mouse seems to still be invisible until you click on something outside the window.
