Some holowall tricks are unimplemented

Not a bug, just a few inconsistencies with vanilla wolf.
Enemies and projectiles cannot pass through hollow walls in ECWolf.
Also, placing a moving guard directly beside a wall moving into it also creates a hollow wall in vanilla wolf. This method of placing a moving guard moving into an object can also be used to make a solid static object passable.
I'm using 64 bit version # 171009

I would consider it a bug if the holowall behavior isn't fully replicated. I was definitely not aware of these variants of the trick.
