I think the latest revision of 1.3.99999 64bit 1710009 breaks left and right turning for gamepads.

I have turning assigned to the D-pad left and right on an 8bitdo SNES30 gamepad. Everything works fine with version 1.3.3 even though they're both using the same config file. I tried deleting the config file and setting up controls again but no luck.
