Death-screen displays non-red pixels (ECWolf v.1.3.3, 64-bit, Windows 10)

This is very minor, but I've noticed that small, non-red, single-pixel dots are visible on the death-screen in ECWolf:

As stated in the title, I'm on the 64-bit version of ECWolf, and my OS is Windows 10 64-bit as well.
