Moving the screen in windowed mode causes it to instantly go to the bottom of the screen

When the game is running in windowed mode, and you try to move the window, the act of the game try to 'regrab' the screen causes the window to be forced to the bottom with no way of getting the window again. The only way to fix this in windows is to alt-f4 and restart the game, hoping that the window pops up in the correct position.

I'm unable to reproduce this on Windows or Ubuntu. I did make a change in when the mouse is released so that might solve your issue.
