Issue #259 resolved

T. J. Brumfield created an issue 2019-03-27

Resaving the PNG files as indexed color or RGB, they will display.

Tested with 64-bit on Windows 10.

Fixed: Gray scale palette map was not recalculated when changing palettes (fixes ~~#259~~)
