Pressing ENTER on the sound configuration screen makes a sound but does nothing

Pressing ENTER probably shouldn't make a sound at all since nothing changes. ENTER doesn't make sense on the volume sliders, but pressing it for the Device options should probably cycle through them (and keep the sound effect).
