Tiles do not save position upon loading a new level

Every level goes off the same grid, In the DOS version (and any port based off the DOS version), a recent glitch was discovered that helps speed running. If a push wall is activated and a new level is loaded while the wall is moving (such as the warp feature, or quitting the game and starting an episode), whatever tile the wall was on will be deleted in the new level. This won't work when loading a save file, only a new level.

This behavior was already "fixed" in Wolf4SDL and was simply ported over to ECWolf. It would be nice to have for vanilla parity. Not sure I should consider this a bug or proposal due to its nature.

    This glitch is out of scope for ECWolf. Fixing this kind of indeterminate fragility is a goal of ECWolf.
