elitehans.pk3 and wolfstone.pk3 triplicated in IWAD selection

Using the 64-bit build on Windows 11

When I launch ECWolf and select an IWAD the elitenhans.pk3 and wolfstone.pk3 are triplicated in the selection menu. The files only exist once in the directory.
