Ecwolf doesn't see SOD save files

In 2022 Spear of Destiny was delisted from Steam as standalone game. Instead Wolfenstein 3D now allows to play Spear of Destiny maps. But when I launch SOD from Wolfenstein 3d I can’t use my save files from standalone Spear of Destiny.

Wolfenstein 3d doesn't see them. Maybe conversion needed?

Really need to get around to fixing the fact that the saves have the full paths to the game files in them on Windows…

Anyhow, if you run with the --foreignsave command line option you can bypass the filter and load and resave.
