Spear Of Destiny: Game crashes upon going through the door in Level 21

After getting the Spear Of Destiny from Level 18, I am warped to the Angel of Death level (Level 21), the second I go through the door and trek into hell, the game crashes and I am exited from ECWolf. To describe the crash a little bit, the music stops (Somewhat like when completing a level), and then the program itself disappears without warning.
