This time door can cover the DeathCam. This should happen only in extreme cases (like tiny room, but then the door could just open).

I can't find an easy way to reproduce this. I did manage to get it once, but it might be rare enough to file under won't fix. Vanilla probably does this under the same conditions as well any way.

Easy way: Go to map 19 Notarget on Godmode on Summon Schabbs next to doors Go defeat normal Schabbs Kill the Schabbs next to doors In most cases he will not have enough time to move away.
