Chaingun working like machinegun

When firing the chaingun it works as fast (in this case, as slow) as the submachinegun. It hapens while playing The Spear of Destiny Mission Pack 1 (Return To Danger). Haven't tested the other games on ECWolf yet.

Fixed in changeset c7d6f55. You can, of course, apply that change to your ecwolf.pk3 if you want.

Update: It works as it should on the original spear of destiny and Wolfenstein 3D, must be an mission pack exclusive bug.
