Not compatible with Dynamic Users for Bitbucket

Works 1. user logs into JIRA 1. user logs into Bitbucket

Doesnt work 1. User logs into BB 1. User logs into JIRA

This is because JIRA tries to create a user, where BBplugin tries to create or update.

Can BB plugin replaces this?
