Documentation for Jolokia Add-Oh

Can you, please, provide documentation for the Jolokia add-on? The provided documentation is insufficient for non-programmers who can't figure out how to update the documentation for the plugin.

There is no jolokia-access.xml in my distribution, and the REST API responds with a 0-byte response.
