after updating Jira from 6.4.12 to 7.3.0 got an error

I got this error for a research I did in the new prod, when it works well in the old prod.

I got the pb when I use parameters with question mark at the end. Employee name and serial #

I found the pb. When I updated Jira, it lost my search template for text field single line. :-(
