Build fails with Freetype 2.5.1

Hi there, and thanks for your work on the library.

On MacOS, with the upgrade to Freetype 2.5.1 under Homebrew, PIL will not install from PIP.

Freetype 2.5.1 changes the layout of the includes. All files are now in located in `<prefix>/include/freetype2'.
