Hi there, and thanks for your work on the library.

On MacOS, with the upgrade to Freetype 2.5.1 under Homebrew, PIL will not install from PIP.

building '_imagingft' extension

clang: warning: argument unused during compilation: '-mno-fused-madd'

_imagingft.c:73:10: fatal error: 'freetype/fterrors.h' file not found

#include <freetype/fterrors.h>

1 error generated.

Freetype 2.5.1 changes the layout of the includes. All files are now in located in `<prefix>/include/freetype2'.
