formulas are rendered more than once

Eyal Fink repo owner created an issue

refresh solves the problem.

This is probably do to the event handler for the DOM change.

    make MathJax.Hub.Typeset in the properway using MathJax.Hub.Queue, hopfully it will also solve the bug which make the browser hang
