nRF Connect - Firmware update failed - "his device does not support Nordic DFU"

Hi, tried to follow the manual, connected to the egg rider v2 and tried to open the DFU tab. Got the message “were sorry but this device does not support Nordic DFU. Have tried shutdown / restart etc of bike and phone etc. Got the same issue using chrome, “unable to find DFU service”.

sorry, my mistake. didn't start bike in dfu mode.
