My eggrider v2 display doesn’t connect to my iPhone Eggrider app

I have done a factory reset of my Eggrider V2 display, which works fine with bafang set up. Except does not connect to my phone Eggrider app. Bluetooth is on ok.

Has anyone had this issue? Any suggestions to remedy?

Hi Richard, sorry for the delay.

Could you go to About page → App settings (at the bottom) and see if you have the location permission?
