Moto G6 pairing rejected
In the app, device search is unsuccessful and thus can't proceed to activation. From the Moto G6 Bluetooth settings the Eggrider V2 is seen but I'm given “pairing rejected by Eggrider V2”

I have similar problem with the same telephone model. I get connected always only after several attempts form the display (not through standard bluetooth connection through phone settings) and then only when I had the GPS location on on the phone.

Do not pair from the phone operating system. Connect only from the EggRider mobile app. Please follow these steps to fix this problem: https://manual.eggrider.com/troubleshooting/#throubleshooting

Hi, I do not have problems to connect the eggrider to my phone. I have a series of othr problmes that render the device almost impossible to use and stay sane. Firstly, at temperatures below 12 °C it would not react on pushing buttons. Not funny when the hill is steep. Then, after modifying torque values it says that it was written successfully but the original data stays. And then the device become senile forgetting randomly set data while switched off. When I manage to make an enemy, I shall give the eggridder to the person as revenge. Pavel
