Background App refresh

I’m loosing bluetooth connection between my Iphone and Eggrider V2 all the time. Have set the App to ‘Background re-connection’ 30sek.

Have several times disconnected device and restarted Iphone, but still it disconnects after first operation and won’t re-connect.

All devices are latest firmware/software/IOS

Eggrider App has not ‘Background App refresh’ in IOS settings…should have …

I have the same problem with a Huawei P30 (android-phone). I can connect and the app works. But when I go for a ride, it records the first 200 meters and then disconnects.

I’ve deleted the app-cache, reinstalled the app but nothing helps. The app has all permissions and I disabled the automatic battery management for it but it keeps disconnecting after one or two minutes.

this should be fixed with app v2.6

I can tell you that app v2.6 didn’t fix it.

I have a huawei p30 also and could connect only 1 time, then it appear the error popup every time.

Did make the mode and power method for reset. Deleted the eggrider app and redownloaded again, chagedn the attery options for optimization also still can not connect to the eggrider

Btw the version is android v2. 6.03

Just got it today.

By the way the first time appeared a litchie option in the menu, i do not see it anymore
