Throttle function in road mode

As the legal e-bike can’t have a throttle here in Sweden I would like to be able using the throttle for another function, for example switching the lamps on or off.

I have my default mode as “road”’and I can start only switch to “offroad” via BT.
So, when in “road” I would like to switch the lamps on or off via the throttle.

The far best would be if the throttle could be used for a horn function.

Okay, I get that the cops know why there is a throttle on the bike.
But if it could be as a legal 25 khp, 250w in the road mode I would feel a bit more relaxed when riding my bike in Sweden.
