No BT connection possible after multiple resets, cache clearence and location permissions

I’am at a loss. Tried everything to connect BT with my phone (OnePlus6, no root)

After multiple resets, cache clearence and checking location permissions no results. I also gave the Eggrider several factory resets.

What to do?

Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues.

This is not to do with the display but with the mobile app.

Please disable the startup connect option.

Most likely it is something to do with the Bluetooth cache.

I followed the suggested steps and I had actually an connection.

After test drive and a several minutes later connection was lost and the same issue re- appeared. (impossible to connect…) I use my bluetooth on a daily basis (headphones, bike helmet) no issues.

If you send the EggRider app in the background your operating system might kill it.

To make sure you allow it to work in the background you have to lock it to lock in the background and disable any battery optimization for the app. These vary a lot from phone to phone so it is hard to make a tutorial for it but if you search for it online you should find out how to do this on your phone.
