Decouple speed and current limitation options for onroad and offroad profiles

it would be nice if one could set for instance speed limitation for onroad and set current limitation for offroad only.

one of the scenarios I have in mind are that for onroad, you may be on mostly flat area and speed could be the best way to handle the hub, while with offroad one could be mostly on uphill, and there speed is not too relevant, while you may want to have granular steps to get more power from the engine, regardless the final speed.

Also it seem that speed limitation for Lishui controllers works best in general, but current limitation is probably still the best to have full control over the power that you want to get from the hub.
