Enhancement: Heart rate monitor and motor support

What about an enhancement to support BLE heart rate monitors and adjust the motor support accordingly?

I think the tricky thing is some heart rate monitors use bluetooth to sync with phone. But the eggrider also uses bluetooth when trip recording which would cause an conflict because only one bluetooth device can connect at a time. For those that use ANT+ via the phone, this could work I guess.
