Twist throttle PAS level override in Rad Power bikes

Issue #182 resolved

Hello, I am attaching an screenshot with all details of my system.

For the ROAD profile it would be nice to have a very well known feature that Rad Power stock display offers: the twist throttle PAS override. This means that, when riding in ROAD profile with throttle limited to 6 km/h, if you use the throttle when pedaling at speed > 6 km/h the throttle should in theory does nothing. But in Rad stock display, when this happens, the throttle temporarily override to level PAS 5 (as long as you are pedaling, because it is not a throttle feature, but a PAS override). This is quite useful when riding for example in PAS 2, and we are approaching a hill and we can just use the throttle to temporarily have PAS 5, without the needing of switching to PAS 5 and then to PAS 2 again once the hill is done. It would not even needed an extra option, just the current setting to limit the throttle to 6 km/h could be enhanced to act like that: when stop, just give the extra push of 6 km/h for starting the ride, and when pedaling at higher speed, just to override to the max PAS level temporarily until the throttle is released.

I do not know how difficult it would be to implement that, and if it is even possible, or it is just something hidden in the Rad controllers.

Of course, in the OFF-ROAD profile, this is not necessary, as we have just full throttle enabled, so we can get the extra power when riding uphill.
