Kunteng controller smart tab settings dont' work

Kunteng smart tab. When i change there motor speed multplier etc settings and press write, nothing happens, and tested again reboot and close display and android app, and app default settings is there and read didn't do anything.

Also any other setting in this page doesn't work. Specially low voltage cut-off is very important to work, also motor settings, and current limits.
