reporter Hi George,
I have a Surron with a 60 V Battery and a asi BAC 4000 controller. When its full it has 67,2 V. I made a mistake and configured 60V at 100 %. Display always shows detecting protocol and turns of. Not possible to connect to the eggrider app. Thanks BR Simon

Hi, where did you get your system from and where did you get the EggRider from. Can you please share the connection pinout between the display and the controller?

reporter I got the Controller and Battery from Bull Bikes (Martin Metrik) Slovenia and the Eggrider display v2 from Fasterbikes (Tirol, Austria). Surron i got from a bike Shop in Austria. In the picture you see the plug connecting to the harness from controller. It has already worked when battery was not full and sometimes a error display over voltage appeared.

reporter Now its not possible to connect → detecting protocol and then display turns off.

Hi can, you please contact us over email?
If you don’t know our email you can use this form.

- changed status to invalid
EggRider should not be connected directly to more than 60V (battery nominal 52V). With ASI controllers you can connect to 12V to overcome this limitation. You can see instructions here https://manual.eggrider.com/ebike_settings/asi/

- changed version to EggRider V2.5.23 - Display

Hi Simon,
To be able to help you could you please give more information about your system, bike model, controller, motor and battery.
How did you make the connection to the display?
EggRider is not working when connected to more than 60v so you are lucky to have it still turning on.
Also What firmware version do you have on the display.
