ODO offset only accepts KM

I Replaced my broken ER. Setting up new Factory display settings to match my old ones.
Setup all values for Imperial/Miles. Saved and Power cycled.
I entering my old ODO value of 4947 miles, I saved and power cycled.
When confirming the mileage it showed a value of 3073 Miles…

Quick math shows me that the Input for ODO offset is only accepting Kilometer data not Miles.
Not a big deal I just input a value of 7961 (miles converted to Km) and it shows the proper ODO reading in miles.

My only worry is a future patch will take the offset value of 7961 and apply it as Miles. ( I can always log mileage and reapply correct data after a patch?)
