Display won't power on

Our manufacturer has wired the display that way they think it should work, we have reviewed their wiring diagram for the Eggrider V2 and ASI BAC 855 controller (wiring diagram attached) and think they may have wired it incorrectly. Can you help us to review the attached and provide clarity?
