EggRider v2 firmware update

I purchased an EggRider v2 two weeks ago from Cap Rouge. I have installed the unit and tried to update the firmware. Below are the messages I get. I have a Bafang ultra M620 motor. Everytime I turn the EggRider on I get the firmware update message and cannot get past this. If you need any further information pls let me know
