No order number

I don’t have a written record of the order number for my eggrider v2.

Is there any way I can login without it? The bike shop that fitted it don’t have any record either.

In order to activate your EggRider, the seller needs to provide you with a shop name and an order id in order to activate it. If he doesn't know this information ask him to ask his seller then.

I also recall having this issue when activating for the first time. I could not find this information in my emails when I ordered the product from your official website. I had to check my bank transfer because I had written this information when making a money transfer. This information needs to sent to email during buying process, at least when bought from eggrider.com
