Hi Atak,
Thank you for your message.
First, please make sure to have the newest firmware version (>= 2.6.55). You can update your EggRider display by doing the following:
https://manual.eggrider.com/firmware_update/eggrider_app/#steps-to-update
You will also see "No ASI Settings" because you haven't configured the ASI settings.
Please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Connect to the EggRider display
Step 2: Go into your ASI settings
Step 3: Configure the page to match your bike (you can see settings examples here: https://manual.eggrider.com/ebike_settings/asi/#required-asi-controller-configuration)
Step 5: Press Write
Step 6: Restart the EggRider
Please let us know if this fixed your issue!
Best Regards,
Adrian - EggRider Team

My eggrider has this issue with a bac4000, I am on the latest firmware and when I try reading and writing settings, it resets the values and doesn’t save.

Is there a way to fully reset it?
