Ariel Rider Rideal with Luishui controller.
When trying to connect my app to my controller I am getting
“Error Report”
ErrorCode: 0xFF
Protocolo: Lushui

Message: Communication error between display and controller

It will not show my speed or any controller settings on the app or display. Only voltage and battery %

I have followed all steps in the support section. I restarted my phone and re-enabled bluetooth, factory reset the display, “read” the controller and it shows “Auto” and “No Luishui Settings” tried “Writing” both “Luishui” and “Luishui Rx/Tx Swap” Still receiving “error triangle”
