Eggrider EFF Error

Hello,

I recently purchased an Eggrider for my RadRunner plus and have started getting an EFF error intermittently. The bike continues to function however the display stops showing data. I followed the troubleshooting guide for this errror but do not have another bike or controller to test on. Is there another way to diagnose this error?

1. Bike model
2. Picture of the serial number? (This can be found as a white label on the back or on the side of the display)
3. Picture of the display connector
4. Picture of the EggRider display while it is turned on
5. Picture of EggRider display from different angles
6. Screenshot of About page from EggRider app
7. Controller model
8. Are you using dual battery system?

Unfortunately this can be related to the fact that you use dual battery systems. Which at the moment EggRider display is not compatible with: https://manual.eggrider.com/getting_started/#battery

Hi. I have this EFF message with no km/h and have tried the troubleshooting https://manual.eggrider.com/troubleshooting/#eggrider-display-speed-shows-kmh with no luck. Have used the eggrider exactly 1 year now. Suddenly lost all settings in the eggrider.

I can bike but only in max power output and the display turns off every 5 min and I then need to repower the eggrider.
