EFF display message

Hi. I have this EFF message with no km/h and have tried the troubleshooting https://manual.eggrider.com/troubleshooting/#eggrider-display-speed-shows-kmh incl. reset with no luck. Please help. Have used the eggrider exactly 1 year now. Suddenly lost all settings in the eggrider recently.

I can bike but only in max power output and the display turns off every 5 min or so and I then need to repower the eggrider. But sometimes I can bike longer 25 min without repowering. Unsure if it can be related to to water ingress or some connection issue but has been here for 14 days now.
