Hallo.

Leider wird am Display 0% Akku angezeigt.

Der Akku ist voll und funktioniert.anderes Display zeigt 100%.

Wie kann ich den Fehler beheben ?

Have you configured your battery settings correctly? If you haven't done so already, we recommend following the steps outlined in the user manual to configure your battery settings -> https://manual.eggrider.com/getting_started/#battery

If you have done this already and your issue persists, please do a battery calibration → https://manual.eggrider.com/mobile_app/display_advanced_settings/

If this still doesn’t solve your issue, can you please provide the following:

1. Shop name if you have purchased from one of our suppliers
2. Bike model
3. Picture of the serial number (this can be found as a white label on the back or on the side of the display)
4. Screenshot of the About page and Display settings page (including Battery settings section) from EggRider app
5. Controller model
6. Battery voltage
7. Are you using dual battery system?

Also in display advanced settings make sure to disable the data sources
